A: Nine Sports Active will be available initially in Sydney and Brisbane (from 2 April) on Nine's NRL "Friday Night Football" at 8.30pm . Melbourne viewers will be able to access Nine Sports Active on the "AFL on Nine" on both Friday night at 8.30 pm and Sunday afternoon at 1pm.

A: Nine Sports Active viewers can instantly access highlights, match and player statistics , game statistics and competition details.
Q: How will viewers access Nine Sports Active?
A: Viewers with a TEAC DVB-500 will simply press the red colour button on their remote control to access Nine Sports Active.

A: Nine will offer more interactive services in the future. Nine is committed to offering the best content, if we believe an interactive program enhancement will add value to a program then we will provide interactivity.
Q: What is interactive TV?
A: Interactive TV is the name given to digital television programs that include additional features accessed by the viewer, usually from a menu, and complements the program being viewed.
Q: Can existing receivers be upgraded to receive Nine Sports Active?
A: Some receivers can be upgraded with a simple software update.
Some digital receivers currently in the market are 'zapping' or 'dumb' boxes. This means they cannot support interactivity and cannot be upgraded.
Q: If I have a non-interactive digital box, what will I see?
A: Nothing. Nine Sports Active is only visible on interactive receivers.
