If you're not happy with your set top box, we may choose to take it back on the following terms.
Firstly, you must have bought the box from us.
Secondly, you must have all the packaging, instructions cables etc in good order.
Thirdly, we must have the box in our possession in good working order in under 14 days from when you placed your order.
Lastly, we will refund the purchase price, less $50 to cover freight and administration costs and the fact that we cannot sell the box as a new box any more, it must be sold as a return. This will rise to $60 if you chose the express post option.
In the unlikely event that the set top box does not work on arrival, none of these charges will apply and it will be considered a warranty return and will be repaired/replaced at our discretion.
